You are invited to join me for the first professional book club I’ve ever hosted! We're reading "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" by Dr. Lindsay Gibson ABSOLUTELY everyone and ANYONE is invited to join. Admittedly, this book title is harsh - we ALL have areas of emotional immaturity. To be fair, our parents and grandparents had to focus a great deal on physical survival - providing food to eat, a roof over our heads etc. Emotional and relational health had to wait its turn. It’s time! We get the privilege of gathering together to learn about and work through a few of our many issues from childhood. Book Club Meetings are virtual and will be held two Friday mornings per month: Sept 5 & 19 2025 Oct 3 & 24 2025 Nov 14 & 21 2025 During our live meetings I'll facilitate conversations, ask questions, and offer additional steps for healing and maturing. Group members will have space to ask and answer questions or just listen to the group process the reading. We will cover two chapters per meeting. Feel free to email me questions in advance or bring your questions to our live online group. Sessions will be recorded so no worries if you have to miss one. This group is open to anyone who can benefit, feel free to invite your nerdy friends and family members. I'm very excited to have a reason to gather with you and include more nerds than ever before.
