Are you feeling exhausted? Worn out? Fearful or anxious? Do you carry the burdens of pain or the disappointment of unmet desires?

It is hard to be human. Our own stories of pain and the collective pain of the human experience burdens us and invites us to numb or to grow. You are one who desires growth and healing! This retreat is specifically designed for those who are looking to move towards wholeness and healing as we connect with ourselves and God, whose love we were formed in.

Through guided contemplative practices, space to engage your whole self, opportunities to play, rest, soak in sun, move, explore, and be alone or with others; our hope is for you to walk away from your days in Mexico, refreshed, reminded of what is most true about who you are,  equipped with tools to remain connected to a true and life giving source, and to have encountered your true and false selves within the safety of community.

In both individual and collective settings you will be given the opportunity to discover and grow as you explore:

1. True and False self
2. Identity and belonging work
3. Spiritual contemplative practices to companion you on your journey of personal wholeness and life with God

Every aspect of your experience is designed to help you grow and increase in joy, as you are equipped with tools to continue growth work once you arrive home.
