Growth Nerds Class 2023

This 90 minute interactive class is VOLUNTARILY interactive -- consent matters -- and will involve most of the following components... 

We will start with a contemplative/grounding/centering activity 

A brief teaching segment on Growth/Emotional/Mental/Health topic

An interview of a fellow Nerd regarding their personal growth work/breakthroughs/hard won lessons etc... (Nerds will be asked outside of class and will have time to prepare or not prepare as they wish.)

Q & A Time: Whatever you're comfortable publicly asking a therapist who knows you.

Feel free to arrive late, leave early, talk or not talk...life is a lot to manage. 

Feel free to no-show and watch the recording later. 

You can invite any friend(s) but please don't post this class on social media as I'm not ready for that yet.
