We will gather every 2 weeks to discuss mental health, contemplative faith and all topics relevant and irrelevant to psychological growth and healing. You are invited to join the conversation.

About the event
This 90 minute interactive class is VOLUNTARILY interactive -- consent matters -- and will involve most of the following components...Â
We will start with a contemplative/grounding/centering activityÂ
A brief teaching segment on Growth/Emotional/Mental/Health topic
An interview of a fellow Nerd regarding their personal growth work/breakthroughs/hard won lessons etc... (Nerds will be asked outside of class and will have time to prepare or not prepare as they wish.)
Q & A Time: Whatever you're comfortable publicly asking a therapist who knows you.
Feel free to arrive late, leave early, talk or not talk...life is a lot to manage.Â
Feel free to no-show and watch the recording later.Â
You can invite any friend(s) but please don't post this class on social media as I'm not ready for that yet.Â
